House Policy · 17 October 2026

Your details remain part of the private brief.

This policy describes the information used to answer enquiries, prepare jewelry quotations, and support appointments.

Share only the information needed for your request. Payment-card details should never be sent through a general enquiry form or WhatsApp message.

Information

What may be collected.

When you submit a consultation or wedding-ring enquiry, your name, telephone number, city or country, design preferences, event date, budget band, and brief are stored in the website's private enquiry database. The owner uses these details to respond and manage your request.

Saved designs remain in your browser. Standard hosting and messaging providers process the technical information needed to deliver their services. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated enquiry submissions; the enquiry record does not store your IP address. WhatsApp receives your prepared message only when you choose to continue there and send it.

01

Use

Information is used to reply, prepare a tailored quotation, plan an appointment, manage an order, and provide requested aftercare.

02

Sharing

Details may be shared with service providers involved in communication, payment, shipping, certification, or order fulfilment when required.

03

Retention

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, transaction, legal obligations, dispute handling, or agreed client service.

04

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information, subject to applicable law and records that must be retained.

05

External services

WhatsApp and other linked services apply their own privacy terms when you choose to use them.

06
