Two bands.
One seventh
step.

"The jeweller does not finish a wedding ring on the bench. He finishes it the moment the second hand wears it."

One brief · Two specifications

A pair can coordinate without being identical: shared material language, individual fit and proportion.

02
What goes inside a wedding band.
Five decisions sit between the molten gold and the morning of your wedding. Most jewellers explain none of them.

Profile · D / Court / Flat 22k · 18k · 14k Brushed · Hammered · Polished Engraving · 32 characters Comfort Curve · Indian Climate
I.Profile

The cross-section decides how the ring sits.

A flat band slides; a D-shape rotates; a court profile holds its position through the third knuckle. We model the cross-section to your knuckle width before pouring the wax.

II.Metal

Two karat numbers, two different rings.

Higher-purity gold carries a deeper colour and is generally softer; lower-karat alloys can offer greater resistance to daily wear. The right metal is selected for colour, profile, setting, sensitivity, and use.

III.Finish

Light is the material a finish is made of.

Mirror-polish reads as new for six months, then scratches read as wear. Brushed and hammered finishes absorb the same scratches as texture. Choose the finish you want the ring to become, not what it is on day one.

IV.Engraving

The only part of the ring only one person sees.

Use the preview for a date, a name, or a short line from the saat phere. Character limit, script, engraving method, and price are confirmed after final sizing.

V.Fit

A wedding ring must fit in three weathers.

Finger size can change with temperature, time of day, travel, and activity. The fitting brief records knuckle width, preferred ease, and the intended inner profile before production.

03
The private inscription.
Type a phrase. See it on the inside of the band. The page does not save your text.

Inscribe the inside of the band in your own hand.

A date, the first word you said, or a verse from your pheras. The atelier confirms the feasible script, method, placement, and finish after final sizing.

Latin and Indian-script requests are reviewed for legibility and production feasibility before quotation.

Five forms the atelier returns to.

Two pages of quiet reference.
The decisions a ring-buyer rarely gets to read aloud. Here, plainly.

On the metal

i.
18k vs 22k 22k has a higher gold content and deeper yellow tone; 18k is generally harder. Profile, setting, and wear habits still matter.
Compare Use
ii.
White gold White-gold colour and maintenance depend on alloy and finish. Rhodium-plating needs are discussed in the aftercare terms.
Aftercare
iii.
Rose gold Its copper-bearing alloy creates a warmer tone. Exact colour varies with alloy, karat, and finish.
Warm Tone
iv.
Platinum 950 Dense and naturally white, platinum develops a soft patina. Weight, profile, and current metal rates determine the quotation.

On the diamonds

i.
Lab-grown option A diamond grown in a controlled environment. Grade, origin disclosure, and any laboratory report are specified in the quotation.
Documented
ii.
Natural option An earth-mined diamond selected to the agreed visual and grading brief. Report details, where included, are confirmed before approval.
Documented
iii.
Channel setting Stones sit between metal walls for a comparatively smooth outer profile. Suitability depends on band width, stone size, and wear.
Low profile
iv.
Pavé Small beads of metal secure closely set stones. Inspection and maintenance needs depend on setting height, wear, and any impact.

The fitting ritual.
From the first measurement to final dispatch. Stages can happen in Jaipur or remotely; the approved quotation sets the actual schedule.
Stage 01

The Measure

We record both ring sizes, knuckle width, preferred ease, current ring fit, and any stacking requirements.

Stage 02

The Wax

Where the design requires it, a model or detailed visual confirms profile, width, finish, and pairing before production.

Stage 03

The Inscription

The pair is produced to the approved brief. Engraving is completed after the final size and script are confirmed.

Stage 04

The Exchange

Final imagery, included packaging, carrier, insurance, destination charges, and dispatch timing are confirmed before release.
