Before dispatch
Confirm the recipient name, complete address, telephone number, size, engraving, and any date constraint in writing.
Client Service
Delivery and return terms are confirmed against the actual piece, destination, customization, and event date.
Do not book travel or rely on an estimated completion date until the timeline appears in your written order confirmation.
Production & Delivery
Made-to-order timelines begin after design approval, stone and material reservation, sizing confirmation, and the required payment. Complex settings, matching stones, engraving, certification, peak wedding periods, and international customs may add time.
The order confirmation will identify the planned delivery method, destination, shipping charge if applicable, insurance arrangement, and any client responsibility for duties, taxes, import formalities, or local collection.
Confirm the recipient name, complete address, telephone number, size, engraving, and any date constraint in writing.
Where available, valuable orders use tracked, signature-required, and appropriately insured delivery services.
Inspect the outer package and piece promptly. Preserve packaging and contact the private desk immediately if loss, damage, or a discrepancy is suspected.
Import duties, local taxes, brokerage, identification, and customs delays depend on the destination and may remain the recipient's responsibility.
Custom, resized, engraved, altered, worn, or specially sourced pieces are generally not returnable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Any approved return must follow the written authorization, packing, insurance, condition, and dispatch instructions supplied by the atelier.
