House Terms ยท 17 October 2026
These terms govern use of this site and the consultation, quotation, approval, and production of Nivaratnam jewelry.
Your final written quotation and order confirmation control the specifications, price, payment schedule, timeline, and delivery terms for a commissioned piece.
Catalogue
Catalogue names and visible design labels identify photographed references. They do not independently certify gemstone species, origin, carat weight, treatment, metal purity, availability, or final production specification.
Colour, scale, and finish can vary by screen, photography, stone selection, hand finishing, and requested size. A catalogue image is not an offer at a fixed price.
Prices are prepared for the stated stone, grade, carat, metal, weight, size, finish, taxes, and delivery requirements, and remain valid for the period stated.
Production begins only after written specification approval and the payment required by the order confirmation.
Changes requested after approval may affect feasibility, price, material use, and completion date and require a revised confirmation.
Hand-finished work and natural materials may show reasonable variations from references, renders, samples, or paired stones.
Stones and materials remain subject to availability until reserved under the confirmed order.
Site copy, catalogue names, photographs, graphics, and code may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Responsibility
Clients should provide accurate sizing, engraving, shipping, customs, and event-date information. Jewelry should be worn and cared for in line with the guidance supplied for its stones, settings, and finish.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a specific order should refer to its quotation or written confirmation.
